When you make a purchase from Main Squeeze, your order statement will show "MS Fulfillment Center" under the Shipping Label once the product you ordered is delivered.

Excluding holidays and weekends, shipping is estimated to take between 4 to 8 business days. Orders from Main Squeeze do not ship out on holidays or on Saturdays and Sundays.

We can often ship products the same day if you place your order Monday through Friday before 10 AM Eastern Standard Time. Otherwise, your order will likely be shipped the next day.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide overnight shipping and delivery services at this point in time.

For orders over $100, shipping is free. The exact cost of shipping products under $100 will be calculated upon checkout.

Yes! We’ll send you a link with your order tracking details in a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

When you purchase a product or products from Main Squeeze, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase and a shipping confirmation when your product has been sent out for delivery. A link with your order tracking details will be sent through a confirmation email which will be sent to you once your order ships.

Main Squeeze does not offer returns. We encourage all of our consumers to review their orders carefully before making their final purchase. Compare all products and options to make sure that what you're purchasing is, indeed, the product that suits you best. The reason we stress this is because we do not accept returns after an order is purchased. If you receive a damaged or broken product, you may submit a warranty claim within the first 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

In addition to proof of purchase or receipt, the broken or damaged item you are returning must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. It must be unused and in the original condition in which you received it.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. This will help us remedy the situation if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and advise you accordingly.

If your tracking number isn’t working, it could be due to the fact that the order was classified as "shipped" by our company but the transport service has not yet scanned it as "received.” Additionally, the label may have been created, but if the courier has not yet picked up the package, your tracking number may not be active yet.

If you’re having trouble with your tracking number, first verify that the number you entered is correct. Also make sure to wait at least 24 hours between the time you place the order and checking the tracking number. If you are still having difficulties, please feel free to contact us directly.

You do not have to be home for us to complete the delivery of your order.

Please make sure that you provide us with all of the correct shipping information when you place an order from Main Squeeze. Once you have placed an order, you cannot change the shipping address.

Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders once they have been placed. Main Squeeze makes every effort to expedite orders to get them to our customers ASAP. The only way to refund or exchange an item is if it arrives broken or faulty. In that case, you can submit a warranty claim within the first 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
